Great season had to end somewhere. We weren't ready getting off the bus...gave up a breakaway goal in the first minute and a nice crossing shot 3 minutes later. Proud the girls composed themselves and ended the half 2-1. Good luck to a very talented St. James team!

If Lexington wins tonight, South Aiken would travel to Lexington on Friday. The teams have met twice this year already, with Lexington winning by a goal both times; once in overtime, and once 1-0. Great win for the Lady T-Breds, probably the best example of any team in the state that got "healthy" at the right time.

Last week this same South Aiken team was facing a must win match vs a North Augusta team they had already lost to, just to have a chance to make the playoffs, now they're in the 3rd round. Talk about turnarounds, what a difference a week (and 4 straight wins) can make!
