I cannot say how proud i am of the AMHS girls and Coach Anna Merriman! Coach Merriman came in with a great attitude and a desire to win and the girls have bought into her philosophy and leadership!

Not too bad of a start to a coaching career: 20-3-1 record (one of the losses to 3A champ Hilton Head) and a state championship!! Congrats Coach Merriman and the Academic Magnet Raptors!!

How about the great coverage in The State newspaper? Took me 10 minutes just to find only one score in scoreboard.

Ditto for the news coverage last night on any TV channel..
