My question is this, why haven`t SC United DA and C.E.S.A. merged their programs to make one powerhouse club from South Carolina?
I am sure there are some very good reasons, i am just wondering what they are.

Last I heard, they could not do so if they wished to and remain in SCYSA due to the bylaws that limit clubs to one of three "districts" in SC. These bylaws were created in a complaint lodged by one of these clubs at its creation.

Are SC United and SCUMP is the same district? I thought they were from two different districts.
