Gilbert High School is currently seeking teams for their 2012 Pre-Season tourney. Teams currently committed are:

5th Annual Holzheimer Construction Soccer Classic
Friday, February 24 – Saturday, February 25, 2012
Make up Dates in case of inclement weather are Friday, March 2 – Saturday, March 3
 8-12 Team Format. Each team is guaranteed 4 matches.
 Each team plays 4 matches that will consist of (2)30 minute halves except for the championship game which will follow the South Carolina High School League regular season rule of 2 (40 Minute) halves. This will enable all teams to get to play a bigger variety of teams and will enable each to play 4 matches in a 2 day format.
 2 matches will be played Friday and 2 on Saturday with a reasonable rest that meets the South Carolina High School League standards regarding rest in between tournament matches.
 Entry fee: $250 covers the cost of officials, and team awards
 We will use our current soccer stadium, the middle school stadium, and the lighted field next to our stadium to conduct our tournament. Games will be played at 5:00, 6:15, 7:30, and 8:45 on each field for Friday’s matches. Games will begin at 10 AM for Saturday’s matches and will end with the Championship match at 3:30.

 Please note that if we haven’t received a check from your school by October 14, 2011 then we face the possibility of having to find a replacement team.
