Cesa 98G Premier plays SCU/MP 98G Elite tomorrow afternoon.

I guess they will see where they stand going into the Spring.

Any guesses to the outcome?

Why do you think this will be a good one? One team is 3-1-4 and has given up 5 goals in 8 games. The other team is 0-8-2 and has given up 31 goals with both teams playing up in the fall. Looks like a mismatch to me.

haha, killing me gsdad.
i didn't bring it up but since you asked, i'm a big fan of coach champ & any other female that dedicates & makes it happen on the pitch. she's a great role model for the girls & we need more like her. it really doesn't hurt that her team played up a year & still owns the best record. she is inspiring alot of future female coaches with attitude.

You are looking at the Columbia 98s and not the Mt pleasant 98s

Just looked..... Good showing by U-13 SCU/MP 98G vs CESA teams.
9-0-1 32GF 7GA 1st place U14 Challenge League.

Do they have to move down to u-13 in the spring?

They don't have to move down in the spring. If they stay up in the spring, which they probably should, based on their results; I think they have to play in U-14 state cup. It was done several years ago. In the interest of development, a U-13 team played in the U-14 age group in the spring and played in the U-14 state cup. They gave up their chance to win the U-13 state cup. It's kind of a 'put your money where your mouth is' with regards to development over winning type of thing.

With this being the first year that a u13 state cup team is invited to regionals, it is hard to imagine that they would not drop down to make a run. It is a shame that the state has no method of seeding them in the u13 state cup....development by playing u14 could benefit team, club and state. Similar to the system used by premier teams.

to throw another monkey wrench into the spring season, scump elite 97g will probably be in the mix. not sure what that team did for fall, probably tournies.
it will be interesting to see what scump decides to do with the two.

Does Region III also have a Premier Legaue for the U14 age group or are all teams divided into East, Central and West?
