Officials that allow profanity used by players and coaches to go unpunished. Coaches who think their job is to be a chum to the players rather than a positive role model. Coaches who yell at their players the entire game. Three games this weekend I saw it all. The good. The Bad. And, The ugly.
Not sure what happened to gentlemenly conduct.

Coaches who don't put their players in the best position to win the game. If you're down 1-0, and your formation and/or playing style hasn't been working the entire game, then make a change. At least show your players you are attempting to alter the course of the game.

Kids who waste everyone's time screwing around in training, and coaches who are unwilling to cut them because of the lost revenue.

Evaluation/Tryout Fees

Guest Players (when no one is injured)- if you aren't good enough to compete in the big-boy tournaments with the roster you came out of evaluations with, then maybe you shouldn't be entering those tournaments.
