Brookland-Cayce High School will host the 12th Annual Palmetto Cup April 7-10 in Cayce, South Carolina.

If you are interested in placing an advertisement in the tournament program, please contact Coach Kevin Heise at kevin@scsoccer.com or 803-791-5000 ext. 137. The tourney ads range from $35-$150.

Participating teams in the 16-team field include: host Brookland-Cayce (5-2-1), Christ Church (1-1), Dorman (2-5), Dreher (6-1-1), Greenwood (3-2-1), Hilton Head (7-1), Lexington (1-5-1), Norman North-OK, Pendleton (5-3), Pinewood Prep (2-2), Porter-Gaud (1-3-1), Ridge View (4-2-1), Riverside (3-1), Spring Valley (3-3), Summerville (6-2-1), and West Florence (5-1).

We encourage any teams participating to take an ad out in support of their team. Also, collegiate soccer camps or club tryout announcements would be well-served by advertising in this publication.

Kevin, why isn't socastee in the tourny this year? Also, how is Norman North doing in OK so far?

For the record, Socastee never filled out the inquiry that was handed out at the end of the tournament last year, nor followed up by the end of May when tournament invitations are issued. We love having Socastee in the tournament and hope that the Braves will return in the future.
