What are the tie breakers to determine region finishes?

It may sound crazy but I am pretty sure that each region has their own rules for tie breakers.

Ask your coach or athletic director. Every region has their own tie-breaking system.

That's a proposed tie-breaking system that MAY be used...just a suggested out-of-the-box system that regions can use rather than coming up with their own method. Each region still has the option to implement their own system.

Are the regions right, on the Eurosport board, according to their tie breakers? Looks like Region III is done playing itself with Northwestern on top.... is that correct?

It looks like Blythewood owns the TB over Dutch Fork for 3rd in region 4. Is that correct? I just wanted to see who might be playing Clover in the first round.
