Are there alternate plans in place in case the Town of Mt. P. closes the fields?

If needed there will be alternate plans. We will keep everyone posted on any changes. But this close to the coast the weather is very unpredictable.

Last reminder for tournament: • First team listed is the Home team and should wear light colored uniform Away should wear dark. • Check in will be at the tent between field 1 and field 2 near the backside of concessions. Only one of the coaches need to check in to pick up match ball and other items. • 35 minute halves for all games except final match which will be 40 minute halves. • Kevin Wren is tournament director he will be located at the check- in tent for the tournament and will answer any questions or concerns. • Tickets for entry – 12.00 for the weekend or 5 dollars per match.
From the Athlectic Training Staff
- Bring your own water bottles, no cups or bottles will be provided. Bottles are favored over cups, to eliminate a litter problem. - Water will be provided to each field. Under no circumstances should coolers be removed from the bench, nor should anyone sit on top of the coolers. This is not an extra seat. If this is a problem, then coolers will be removed. - Wando High School Athletic Trainers will provide medical coverage. If a player needs to be taped, please provide your own tape if possible. Report to the medical tent prior to your game.
I wanted to let you know that Sticky Fingers, a restaurant/caterer that works with our team is conveniently located less than a mile from the facilities where we’ll be playing. We work very closely with Sticky Fingers and would highly recommend them as a great dining option for you and your team.
Attached is there Group Menu, which is quick, easy and affordable or your team can order directly off of their regular dining room menu. They have several menu items that are packed with protein and ideal for athletes. Their semi-private dining room is available at no charge on a first come first serve basis. Their staff is accustomed to working with large parties and their friendliness and speed of service will leave a lasting impression on your team. If you don’t have time to come into the restaurant, they will gladly deliver to your hotel and they can also provide box lunches for your ride home.
As an added bonus…two coaches plus the bus driver eat for free! They are very flexible with pricing and understand that everyone has a budget. Please feel free to email Robert Patterson (robert.patterson@stickyfingers.com) to make a reservation or if you have any questions.
Have a safe trip and I look forwarding to seeing you at the tournament this weekend.
