To be truthful, I had never heard of Indian Land HS before this week. I talked to several of their fans after attending the 1A Final and they said they were from Lancaster County and many worked in Charlotte. Seemed to be a nice demographic for soccer!

IL school demographics are changing rapidly. It used to be a little 1A rural outpost, somewhere between Fort Mill, South Charlotte and Lancaster. Now it's becoming a thriving Charlotte bedroom community, soon to move up to 3A. IL school district is also bordered by Ardrey Kell, Weddington and Marvin Ridge....three of the top soccer programs in North Carolina.
