all the title 9 discussions reminds me of the fact that with 3600 students, wando could field 2 teams in every sport at the jv & varsity level. not just talking soccer, or womens sports. heck look at the boys soccer team which carries 20+ with many longtime club players not making the cut. I know alot of club athletes, vball, hoops, soccer, cheerleading, you name it, are excluded because of the limitations of wando. its pretty discouraging & not fair to alot of wando kids. the powers at large are discussing another high school which is fine & needed, but in the meantime a solution should be found to remedy the problem before we lose more kids from hs athletics & the life long benefits described in the title 9 threads.
