Just checked CollegeSoccerNews.com and noticed that Norman North's goalkeeper, Dominic Cervi, has signed with Tulsa University. The Golden Hurricane (13-6-2 in 2003) advanced to the NCAA Second Round last year by defeating Oakland in overtime the First Round before dropping an overtime decision at UCLA in the Second Round. Tulsa finished 6-1-2 in the Missouri Valley Conference. Dominic Cervi -- A goalkeeper from Norman, Oklahoma out of Norman North High. Named All-Conference First Team in 2003. As a junior was named the Oklahoma Defensive Player of the Year by the Daily Oklahoman after helping take Norman North to a state title. Also, a former Gamecock has joined the Golden Hurricane after two seasons in Columbia. Lawson Vaughn -- A midfielder from Marietta, Georgia who transferred to Tulsa prior to the 2004 spring semester from the University of South Carolina where he started 33 out of 34 games in two seasons.

If anybody noticed that Norman North was ranked 10th in the National poll. I would loved to see Norman play Socastee. Does anyone who looks at Socastee's schedule think that should be Ranked Number 1 in the nation? Who votes on this poll, does anyone see these team play?
Norman North vs. Socastee 4-1 what you think??
