NSCAA and SCHSSCA Terms of Agreement

The National Soccer Coaches Association of America will offer a full membership to coaches who are

members of the South Carolina High School Soccer Coaches Association at a discounted rate of $70

Partnership Term: 11/1/2013 – 10/31/2016

In recognition of SCHSSCA as an NSCAA high school partner, SCHSSCA will receive the following benefits:

 Recognition with logo and link on NSCAA.com

 Full NSCAA Membership Benefits for all individual coaches that join using the code provided to

SCHSSCA, including Soccer Journal to each individual coach’s address and Professional Liability

 Right to use NSCAA Logo

 10% discount on Convention registration if SCHSSCA brings a group of 10 or more to the

 Content from NSCAA Online Resource Library can be used on the SCHSSCA website. Links back

to the NSCAA Online Resource Library must be included.

 NSCAA will provide the NSCAA All-State certificates for SCHSSCA

All-Star honorees

 NSCAA will provide TBD advertising and promotional support of the SCHSSCA All-Star game

 NSCAA will provide SCHSSCA with one free Convention registration per year

 SCHSSCA will receive a $10 credit for each member who joins the NSCAA with the discount code.

Credits can be applied to hosting an NSCAA clinician or event registrations including Convention,

Summer Symposium, and NSCAA Residential Courses. Specific examples include:

o NSCAA providing a six hour coaching clinic from an NSCAA Academy Staff Coach

o NSCAA providing a gift for attendees at the SCHSSCA coaching education clinic

o NSCAA providing additional TBD support for SCHSSCA coaching education clinic

 If 50+ Coaches join, SCHSSCA will receive 10% off Convention Registration for all SCHSSCA

coaches and a $500 Voucher to an NSCAA Residential Course

 If 100+ Coaches Join, NSCAA will provide additional Convention registration and additional $500

Voucher to an NSCAA Residential Course

 The NSCAA will provide a clinician for SCHSSCA 2014 Winter Clinic

SCHSSCA will provide the NSCAA with the following:

 The SCHSSCA shall work closely with the NSCAA Coaching Education Department during the

term of this agreement on the scheduling and promotion of coaching education initiatives in the

state including, but not limited to, the conduct of other non-residential courses, clinics, and

special events. This shall include the NSCAA High School Diploma Course.

 Recognition of the NSCAA on SCHSSCA website with link back to NSCAA.com.

 Two email blasts and/or mailings per year to SCHSSCA membership and potential members

promoting the partnership and discounted membership benefits.

 Two email blasts per year to SCHSSCA membership promoting NSCAA Convention and coaching

 Other promotional support of partnership benefits as determined by SCHSSCA
