Ventura County FC, and King Sports Management gives talented domestic (USA) players the chance to tryout with Germany Bundesliga. We've sent 3 players so far and have a 100% success rate in getting them offers. So far 2 are playing in Germany. One is a 2 time MLS Champion and ex LA Galaxy player.
So if you know someone or you think you have what it takes and have run out of options here in the USA then this might be a good alternative to playing in MLS. It's not recommended that you leave home if you have offers to play in the MLS, only if you have run out of opportunities or were never given a fair chance here at home, which happens a lot.

Nicke Ledesma transfered from a local men's league in Southern California to the U-19 German Bundesliga then to TuS Dornberg in the German 5th division. Nick Ledesma also played for the Major League Soccer (MLS) Chivas USA academy team.
