High School Coach, Brookland-Cayce High School is proud to announce that we will host the 2015 Bearcats JV Kickoff Classic February 20-21 in Cayce, SC. The preseason boys Junior Varsity tournament will feature matches at our new state-of-the-art Brookland-Cayce High School Stadium as well as at The Cage. Plans are to expand the tournament to 12 or 16 teams for 2015. Teams will play a minimum of three matches. Tournament Information – PLEASE USE THIS DOCUMENT AS YOUR INVOICE• Team Entry Fee = $225 – due February 5, 2015 • Make checks payable to “Brookland-Cayce HS” and mail to: Brookland-Cayce High School

Cayce, SC 29033• Tournament Pass = $15 • Day Pass = $8 • 30-minute halves; 7-minute halftime. Matches will proceed directly to penalty kicks in the event of a tie, but the match will be recorded as a tie with PKs only determining the advancing ‘winner.’ • The team listed first will be designated the ‘home’ side and have to wear the white/light jersey and socks. • The Championship match will be played according to SCHSL rules – two five minute overtimes, followed by penalty kicks if necessary. • Granby Education Center (1407 Dunbar Road, Cayce 29033) and Northside Middle School may be used in emergency situations. Day 2 morning sessions are complete. River Bluff and Fort Mill will meet in the 4:30 Championship, while Lexington and Brookland-Cayce will play for Third Place at 3 p.m. Cardinal Newman vs. Dreher for Fifth Place and Ridge View vs. White Knoll in the Seventh Place match - both games at 1:30 p.m.

Special thanks to the Bearcat Soccer coaching staff, athletic trainer Bryant Parnell and his staff and the following outstanding volunteers: Christine Hunnicutt, Karen Koprowski, Gina Kussro, Alan Tatum (The Cage pressbox), and Kathy Taylor.
Kudos to the athletic administration and tourney coaches for making Friday, and thus the whole tourney event possible, due to the extreme cold weather.
Good luck to all participating sides on a successful 2015 campaign!
