Clubs, Coaches & Managers,

This email will hopefully explain and answer questions you may have about how each SCSCL division works to get the 1st round games / final eight. Format for the first round games (#1 vs #8), (#2 vs #7), (#3 vs #6), (#4 vs #5).

NOTE: Fall SCSCL teams only need to register to play and Regional & Premier League East teams will need to register and pay an entry fee.

Teams that win the SCYS Bob Brantley Publix Challenge Cup will advance to the US Youth Region III Championships that will be held this summer in Little Rock, AK. Winners will receive more information after the SCYS Bob Brantley Publix Challenge Cup.

U18 Girls Division:
SCU/MP 96 Girls Elite are playing in the Regional Premier League and will be seeded #1.
SCUFC 96 Girls Elite are playing in the Premier League East and will be seeded #2.
Seeds #3 to #8 will come from the U18 Girls SCSCL League Standings.

U17 Girls Division:
SCU/MP 97 Girls Elite & SCUFC 97 Girls Elite are playing in the Premier League East.
These two teams will be seeded #1 & #2 based on their season standings in the Premier League East.
Since there are only 5 teams in this division this Fall only 7 teams will compete in the first round.
Seeds #3 to #7 will come from the U17 Girls SCSCL League Standings.
Format for the first round will be: (#1 will receive a 1st Round Bye) (#2 vs #7), (#3 vs #6), (#4 vs #5)

U16 Girls Division :
SCU/MP 98 Girls Elite & CESA 98 Girls Premier are playing in the Premier League East.
These two teams will be seeded #1 & #2 based on their season standings in the Premier League East.
Seeds #3 to #8 will come from the U16 Girls SCSCL League Standings.

U15 Girls Division:
SCUFC 99 Girls Elite & SSC Freedom 99 are playing in the Premier League East.
These two teams will be seeded #1 & #2 based on their season standings in the Premier League East.
Seeds #3 to #8 will come from the U15 Girls SCSCL League Standings.

U14 Girls Division: (Your State Cup Will Be In The Spring)
SCUFC 00 Girls Elite won the 2014 Spring State Cup and will be playing in the 2015 Premier League East - North in the Spring.
This Fall SCUFC 00 Girls Elite and the remaining U14 SCSCL Girls teams will be playing in the SCSCL League to see who will be the 2nd team to play in the Premier League East in the Spring. The Fall season standings will determine who will be 2nd team. If SCUFC 00 Girls Elite has the best season record this Fall then the 2nd place team will be selected.

U13 Girls Division: (Your State Cup Will Be In The Spring)
This Fall season the top four teams based on the overall season standings will be selected to play in the 2015 Spring Premier League East - North.

U18 Boys Division:
SCUFC 96 Boys Elite are playing in the Regional Premier League and will be seeded #1.
SCU/MP 96 Boys Elite & CESA 96 Boys Premier are playing in the Premier League East.
Seeds #4 to #8 will come from the U18 Boys SCSCL League Standings.
SCUFC 96 Boys Elite are also playing in the U18 Boys SCSCL League and their games & spot will not count in the league standings.

U17 Boys Division:
SCU/MP 97 Boys Elite & SCUFC 97 Boys Elite are playing in the Premier League East.
These two teams will be seeded #1 & #2 based on their season standings in the Premier League East.
Seeds #3 to #8 will come from the U17 Boys SCSCL League Standings.

U16 Boys Division:
CESA 98 Boys Premier & DSC 98 Green Premier are playing in the Premier League East.
There two teams will be seeded #1 & #2 based on their season standings in the Premier League East.
Seeds #3 to #8 will come from the U16 Boys SCSCL League Standings.

U15 Boys Division:
SCUFC 99 Boys Elite are playing in the Regional Premier League and will be seeded #1.
PUFC 99 Boys Gold, CESA 99 Boys Premier & Coast FA 99 Boys Red are playing in the Premier League East.
These three teams will be seeded #2, #3, & #4 based on their season standings in the Premier League East.
SCUFC 99 Boys Elite is also playing in the Premier League East but their #1 seed will come from playing in the Regional Premier League.

U14 Boys Division: (Your State Cup Will Be In The Spring)
SCU/MP 00 Boys Elite won the 2014 Spring State Cup and will be playing in the 2015 Premier League East - North in the Spring.
This Fall SCU/MP 00 Boys Elite and the remaining U14 SCSCL Boys teams will be playing in the SCSCL League to see who will be the 2nd team to play in the Premier League East in the Spring. Will premier league substitution rules be used for the 1st round or just the final round.

Are there any substitution limitations with SCYS leagues/playoffs?
