Congratulations to the top performing teams this year! Bracket winners were Lexington, Fort Mill, Chapin, and JL Mann. In the morning semi-finals on Sunday, JL Mann defeated Chapin 1-0 and Fort Mill defeated Lexington 3-1. In the afternoon final, JL Mann claimed the Viking Cup with a 3-2 win over Fort Mill.
Also, congratulations to Estelle Murphy, center back for JL Mann, who claimed the prestigious Ashley Nicole Dent Senior MVP Scholarship ($1,000, funded by South Carolina United FC). Estelle says she will likely attend the University of South Carolina. Great job, Estelle!
