F. Piedmont Academy league- possibilities and participation discussion
Motion to Open for discussion and Table by Fish w 2d by Burns vote unanimous to Table awaiting input from league administration on field availability and Club interests. – Brandon says not enough support for this league at this time

G. Promotion Policy amendment to control size of divisions in all leagues.
(See attachment)
Motion to Open for Discussion by Fish w 2d by Burns vote unanimous to TABLE. 13U SCCSL is of primary concern- two divisions might not reveal top teams for spring R3PL. Possibility is to allow wide open application for Fall but limit to single division of no more than 15 teams. However, cost of this 13U SCCSL division may not be determined until applications are received therefore the Clubs would be responsible for additional charges based on game number increases over ten matches (roughly $30 per game per team). Cost control issue very important to SC Youth Soccer so application for the 13U SCCSL must include such language so teams are aware of the cost increase based on total applications over eleven (11) teams in a single division. Get vote to approve this language change

VI. New Business

A. All teams must pay their league fees in FULL before the scheduling meeting to be permitted to play in the upcoming season for every SC Youth Soccer administered league.
