Has the CBSC said anymore about being award DA status? If so, what age group?

From what I have read on the interwebs (e.g. see article in Soccer America), the DA structure in the country is changing, with a split coming between USSF and MLS. Not sure if that includes all the USL divisions (they seem to have aligned under MLS). If it does, that might delay an announcement.

Is there news of any other clubs (USAMP, GPS Frnachises, etc) in SC getting DA status?

That makes sense,,, since it is splitting. I didnt think about that. I havent heard about either GPS or USAMP ever trying to get DA status. I am assuming they are going the NPL route.

USL clubs will wait until MLS makes their announcement. Expect an announcement from the Battery in Feb., early March at the latest.
