In Region II, the seeding for the playoff position is as follows:
#1 Eastside
#2 Greenville
#3 Mann
# Southside
Even though Eastside and Greenville were co-champs,they win the tie-breaker because they beat Mann twice whereas Greenville lost to Mann once. They would have also won on the second tie-breaker which is goal differential in head to head competition when they split their two games.
