Dear Gamecock soccer fans,

We hope that you and your family are continuing to stay safe as we all adjust to our new normal.

You may have recently seen an announcement that was put out from the Athletics Department that discussed reduced seating capacity plans for the 2020 fall season that align with Governor McMaster's July 29th Executive Order. The Department of Commerce approved our reduced capacity plan to allow approximately 675 fans at Stone Stadium this fall.

While it was not an easy decision, with a limited capacity, we've had to formulate a plan on how to allocate tickets for the fall season. The majority of tickets will be provided to family members on the player-pass list for both teams and a limited number of students.

Additionally, a limited number of tickets will be available on a game-by-game basis. However, due to the anticipated demand for these tickets exceeding the remaining number of seats, only fans that had purchased season tickets for the upcoming season will have the ability to purchase single game tickets. Season tickets for the 2020 season will not be honored and we're in the process of refunding those fans that purchased these tickets. Additionally, the season ticket scarf will not be available for this season. These fans will receive a separate email on how the game-by-game ticket purchase process will work.

While we won't be able to have our record setting crowds like we have in previous seasons, this capacity allows us to have proper physical distancing to keep our fans, student-athletes and staff safe during these times.

We appreciate your continued support of both soccer programs and Gamecock Athletics!
