2022 Annual Clinic

SCACA Coaches of the Year
Boys Soccer - Phil Boyer, Daniel
Girls Soccer - Shannon Champ, Wando

The 2022 SCACA Tallulah and Keith Richardson Distinguished Service Award was presented to Andy Heen of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. "Andy" has been a proud friend of the SCHSSCA for a number of years and we congratulate him on this recognition!

The 2022 SCACA Charles A. Stuart Athletic Administrator Award was presented to Tommy Bell of T.L. Hanna HS. Anyone who has attended the North-South Soccer Classic in Anderson the past six years can attest to the tremendous work he has done in Anderson School District Five and the SCHSSCA congratulates him on this most deserved honor.

SCACA Service Awards

30 Years - Don Sral, Newberry
25 Years - Chris Fryland, Lexington | Ben Schoen, Waccamaw
20 Years - Jamie Brindel, Spring Valley | Jason Hamil, Academic Magnet | Ashley Hartin, Gray Collegiate

On Monday, we had two excellent presentations by Walter Clapton (SC Youth Soccer Executive Director) in the morning session and by Dr. Jason Hamil (Academic Magnet Boys Soccer Coach) in the early afternoon time slot. Those were followed by the SCHSSCA Business Meeting and the SCHSL Rules Clinic conducted by Charlie Wentzky (Deputy Director).

The SCACA Business Meeting will be held at 11 o'clock Tuesday morning in Room 202C.
