I look forward to making it out to this tournament this year. I'm glad to see Spring Valley and Ridge View in the tournament representing Richland Two. I wish RNE was in this as well, but they're rebuilding so I'm told! Good to see a mix of Midlands teams along with other good teams from around the state and the teams from out-of-state must be good. Who can tell me anything about the team from OK?

Norman North have won the Palmetto Cup twice now. Last year they were awesome. They were up 5-0 on Dorman last year and put the whole 2nd string out in the 2nd half and scored another 4 goals unanswered. Their passing and movement was great to watch. I think they only conceded 1 goal in winning the tournament. They are well worth watching. Just wish they'd play Irmo whilst they're here!!!

Hunter,

All directions and other info available at

www.scosccer.com/bcsoccer

Norman North is quite a team and are well coached.Their GK from last year is at Tulsa and another player at WVU (I think) I believe their soph and Fr play on the u16 OK state championship team (Celtic) and their Srs won the u18 OK state championship(Celtic) This might have been last year. They can play!

BUT the tournament field this year is as good as I can remember from top to bottom. I know I look forward to this years "Copa de Palmetto" (Heise had spanish schedules made )

If you need anything else feel free to email me at will@scsoccer.com

According to their schedule,
http://eteamz.active.com/nnboyssoccer/index.cfm?,
Norman North will only have played 2 games when they come to BC. Majority of other teams in the tournament will have played about 12 games. So if Norman dominates, it will be because of their successful club team experiences. They will be fun to watch!

Its their club teams. U16-U18 are excellent. And majority of the high school team all play at same club.
