Voice of reason,
I understand where you are coming from. I only said that you guys have the option. I was referring more to the CC, BE, SCS. Even though you guys can have people from outside your area, you are a Magnet high school. Your schedule alone is hard enough. If your good at soccer and are that smart then I say go for it but I know that your school doesn't focus on sports and more so academics. The Magnet schools are some of the best schools in the state right under the Gov. School.

Bamberg beat Governors School in the playoffs. We scored in the first 2 minutes.

I said that because "Striker 33" said --"The Magnet schools are some of the best schools in the state right under the Gov. School."" I meant Bamberg was prob. better than Gov. School and we're public.

AN21489, As one that likes to beat a dead horse, let me just say that Striker 33 was probably talking about the Gov. School being better Academically, not soccer wise. I took his reference to the schedule to mean class schedules not soccer game schedules. Magnet schools and the GSSM have a much more rigorous class schedule than most public schools. Featuring such joys as science labs that don't get over until 5:00 PM and language labs that start after supper.
Just my take on Striker 33's comments.
