I just wanted to give him his own post. He impressed me more than any other player I saw yesterday. I am officially Jugal Dalal's biggest fan until 2008. GO JUGAL!

No, he wouldn't have made that much an impact. South Aiken's defense was too solid.

he played well, schooling several defenders. I only remember him losing the ball once. He's a great hustler too. Everytime he beat somebody they would just foul him out of frustration. He's gonna be player of the year in a few years.

jugal is the man. He's been known to take a lot of touches on club, but if he keeps his touches down then he can be a great player. Well done on Saturday Jugal. Good luck with club.

Jugal was pretty good. He didn't blow me away though, but I guess since he is a freshman thats pretty amazing. If he improves he could be the next Jamael, espescially if he keeps all his touches up.

Jugal played very well Sat, night , especially considering the time and place, but lets see how he develops before voting him POY in 2008. There are other freshmen such as Danny Cates who are very good as well. But, I thought Jugal gave Irmo energy when he came into the game.Good job!

Danny is garbage my butt. I played with him in club and he is amazing. I think this year he had more goals than how many games Jugal played in. He also was hurt that last like 8-10 games so don't even say he is garbage. Something like 16 goals as a freshman. That says something. Danny is amazing.

It's not Jugal's fault that he plays on a team that is twice as deep as DF and doesnt need to play freshman. Both his brothers were/are better. He won't amount to much.

You don't just score 16 goals in the hardest region in the state as a freshmen if you suck. Im playing on Jugal's club team this year and Danny is playing up a year. If he sucks so bad then why would they want him to play up a year and for jugal to stay down?

Maybe Jugals age group is good and Danny blows, but the older team needs numbers, so Danny gets moved... happens all the time.

And usually its a players decision to play up, not everyone elses.

And also, why do you care so much about Danny, you must be a Cates, cuz you cant seem to let it go... Or maybe Danny's not the only person that blows (note the double meaning).

Thats why danny made all tournament team on both of the tournaments he was in. But we need to quit arguing because they are both going to be good.

Yes, the Danny Cates kid is definitely good. I saw him against James Island in the playoffs. Could not believe he was only a freshman.

cates is playing up a year and jugal is playing up 2 years. They are both good, i watched them both in club tryouts. Both have a great touch. They are both gonna be good players, i can't wait to see them against each other in a few years.

The club doesn't want Danny to play up a year, they would rather both of them stay down and play on the CSC u-16 Navy team. It's Danny's choice to play up, the club did not ask him too

I have played on the same team as Jugal and Danny and there are both very good Jugal is better in some areas, but then danny is better in some areas as well. I bet everyone who says danny sucks or jugal sucks have been schooled by both of them. Jugal and Danny are great players

Danny Cates is an unbelievable player. He led his team in scoring as a freshman. It was his decision to play up. The older team he is going to play for actually finished better than his former team did this past year in the state cup. Anyone who thinks Jugal is a better player than Danny can just look what each player did for his respective highschool this past year.

Both are good but far from great. Great, is a word that is reserved for vert few in this state. Great would be defined by Andy Kwon/Duke, Temoq Suarez/UNC, Jamal Geathers/USC book still open but hes very close getting selected to ESP doesnt hurt either.

Did Jugal and Danny both not play on the CSC 15s last year? I know last year that team was Premier. So jugal is going to play on the 18s this year???? Just wondering. I figured that they would both play in their respective age since that team at CSC is fairly competitive

Jugal is playing on the 16's this year and Danny is playing on the 17's with his brother. It just makes it much easier to see both play.
