Do you think that indoor soccer is a good way to prepare before soccer season?
Are there any school teams planning on playing indoor soccer at the Plex in Sandhills?

Indoor soccer is a very big help! You learn how to play with a much smaller space around you and you also learn to control the ball better. I say you should play if you want to get better.

Indoor soccer will get you in shape and improve your reflexes and footwork.
I know there are several female teams, that have played several seasons, that made up mainly of school players. Ben Lippen has had a core team for each indoor season.
It's a great way to get a jump on the school season.

At The Plex the surfaces are state-of-the-art turf; and glass (plastic) separates the players from the spectators. So if you run through the glass, then hit a bench, it is going to hurt.
