The Mauldin Cup took place Friday and Saturday. Friday night Mauldin defeated Walhalla 3-1 after Walhalla led 1-0 at half. Gallatin, TN defeated Boiling Springs 5-1.
Saturday-
Walhalla defeated Boiling Springs 3-0.
Mauldin defeated Gallatin 4-3 after being down 3-0 late in second half.
Walhalla defeated Gallatin in sudden death pk's after the game was tied at 3-3.
Mauldin then defeated Boiling Springs 2-0 in the final game.

1. Mauldin
2. Walhalla
3. Gallatin( this school was 18-4 and 5A runner ups, or so i hear)
4. Boiling Springs

Good game and a pretty even match. Chances, shots, and possession were all fairly even but MB could work on finishing. BE did not show much intensity. Officiating left something to desire. Overall decent game by both squads and congrats to the victor.

Thats because everything went BE's way when it came to officiating, we had a number of cards, for small things, but BE would do the same and they would just get a word from the ref. Almost all the calls went against MB, But it was a good game BE, WELL DONE BOYS!! Good luck in the season.
