3-3 with 9 minutes left, and Daniel's keeper is injured.

Pretty darn good showing by Cardinal Newman. Not many teams have been able to stay within 3 goals of NW.

Very True Bdad. Coach Eudy had his team ready for the game, and they executed their game plan well. All 3 goals came in the first half (Enzo, Piers, and Brannon (pk)). Cardinal Newman sure stepped up their play in the second half (i was on the phone for most of it and didn't pay great attention) but they seemed to have many good opportunities in the second half, just couldn't get one to fall their way.
Ben Lippen and Cardinal Newman have given Northwestern two of their toughest games this year. I think this game is highly benificial to NW as well, since they will more than likely see a style similar to what CN put them up against tonight.

Dixie 2
Pendleton 1
Pk's 3-2

0-0 tie at end of regulation. Dixie scored with 35 seconds left in second 5 minute overtime only to let Pendleton score with 10 seconds left. In Pk's dixie keeper Christian Kay came up big time with 3 saves. Overall Kay had 19 saves in regulation!!! Pendleton kept us under the gun for a large part of the game. Kay's great saves and good defensive clears saved us.

Batesburg cancelled the Barnwell game. The game was supposed to be played at Barnwell. Does this count as a forfeit?

yea good showing by CN agianst NW holding them to only 3 goals! Irmo looks like they slacked off a little bit, going to need to step up late in the season now. And a huge win for dixie taking down a stong 2A opponent!!!
