It's because the poll is completely based off of win percentage. I mean arent coaches in VA and TN and so on voting for this polls. It is highly unlikely they have ever seen these team play so it is just based off of win percentage.

still how is northwestern not #1 they have beaten everybody they played except one team in a tourney!!!

CBHS beat Farragut 3-0, but that is the only comparable result between NW and the two schools above them that I could find.
