I also posted this in the girls forum...but for a different purpose.

Northwestern is on a 20-0 run right now, while Dreher is 12-0 since their last defeat. I know what people think about NW, but can Dreher take this into the playoffs, and finish the season without a loss since thier slipup with Hillcrest? Don't count out the game tomorrow night though, at BC will never be easy, and it would be hard to even pick Dreher to win that one.

Who's on fire right now individually? Sean Flynn...in 3 of Spring Valley's last 5 games, he notched 2 goals, and two injuries to what is now a broken nose. The teams weren't easy either, Wando, Farragut (runner's up at the PC) and South Aiken.

Do you mean beaufort. Thats not very likely since it is looking like they will have to beat wando, then play at irmo, then play the winner of HH v. Dutch Fork just to get to the lowerstate championship. They are going to have to play pretty amazing just to play Spring Valley in the lowerstate championship. But upsets happen. Just look at George Mason.

..please. Shut up.

Despite two losses in the Palmetto Cup.. out of Irmo, SV, and Wando..I would say SV has the best chance of facing NW.

SV to me..seems to have the "grit" to get it done.. and their path to Lowerstate looks to be the "easiest" of the three I listed. Though..SV has a history of falling on their face in the post season. ..who knows!

It's hard to garuntee Lowerstate for Wando, Irmo, or HH.

benp i hope we can take it into the playoffs and i think we will. i really believe lexington was a huge game for us. coming back from a 3-0 2nd half deficit helps our composure on the field. bc is always a big game and winning the last two is important to keep the momentum for the playoffs.

as for individuals john mcclam extended his scoring streak friday night to im pretty sure 10 games.

Try using punctuation, it took me about as long to read your post as it probably takes people to read the longest of my game descriptions. Anyways, lets take a look at some history.
2005-South Aiken 21-1-1
2004-Irmo 23-1-2
2003-Irmo 18-1-5
2002-Wando 24-3-1
2001-Dorman 21-2-1

In only 2 of those years did the team that won state end up 1st in the massey rankings.
