All-Region Teams are selected indpendently via each region. I assume you are inquiring about the Region 5-3A girls selections, which have taken place -- but as for the release dates, that varies depending on the region's ethics code. Many wait until the season is completed for everyone involved or after the State Championships altogether. It really just depends on the By-Laws of that individual region and the coordinator sending that information into the local media outlets. I'll post them when they are submitted for release.
