Law 11 explains offside. Law 12 is the biggie (Fouls and Misconduct). Laws 13-17 deal with the different types of kicks (including the penalty kick) used to restart play and the throw-in.
This totals 39 pages with pictures. Everyone interested in soccer should read it. It really explains things well, not perfectly, but you will have a better understanding of the Game.
