I heard Wando won 15-0 against Battery Creek.
They were actually only using 8 players by end of game to try and keep score down - along with all the previously suggested ideas ( left foot, headers, everyone touch the ball 1st, etc).
The reason I pick JI and WA over Wando is just using past history.

S1, got any insight for us on the Wando/Colleton Cty 1-0 game?

I get all my info from a Wando parent that I work with. From what I understand, Colleton literally packed the defensive box with all 11 players. Someone said "Colleton did not even approach the midfield circle the whole second half."
Rematch this Friday night.

That strategy sounds familiar. Colleton County did the same thing during last year's playoffs vs WAHS. Thanks.

I think you have to have 9 players or else you forfeit the game.

CD - I think Wando was voluntarily just pulling girls off field and not replacing them to give Battery Creek a break. BC had a full contingent.

Like FIFA, the NFHS rules require a minimum of 7 players to begin, or continue, a game.
