R1C - it brought a laugh to read what the upstate thinks.
No, Lpaf and I are just a couple of washed up surf shop owners who get by on selling t-shirts to all the Upstaters during tourist season. During the winter it gets a little tough but we manage by giving walking tours of the haunted mansions downtown. Tips are deeply appreciated.
