Nothing like being "is and incredibly experienced"! Slightly better than being "was of great"
Soccerdfner16, every morning my kids and I wake up and come to the computer to read your post. Then with a dry-erase marker we grammatically critique all 20-something errors. Beth and Robby thank you from the bottom of their hearts.

Looks like BC was more than up for the challenge. Doesn't surprise me in the least. BC is a very good team and forget about the 3A, 4A stuff. They can play with all of the A's!!! P.S. TLH - you're a real stitch.. gotta love it.

BC outplayed us at every position and was the better team tonight. We came out flat and got beat to every ball. That said, we will bounce back. No heads bowed tonight because BC can line up with anyone in 4A. We are better than we showed tonight and the girls know it. Hats off though to BC - Well coached and talented group of girls. They didn't give us many chances and the ones we had we failed to execute. Tomorrow is another day. Just glad to get a letdown out of the way. The season is a long one and looking forward to it. Good luck to BC.

With BC beating South Aiken tonight, yet losing to Lexington (I know they won in the taco smell, but I'm talking reg season), would it be safe to say we'll have a new region champion this year? I know Deahler and Mark are wishing I would keep this mum, but there is no denying the stats tonight. My chips are in, it'll be Lexington or Fort Mill for the upper state championship. Mauldin who?

...but as a SA alumni my heart goes out to the girls. They will bounce back and I wish them the best.

TLH- Correction, Lex beat BC at the taco smell as well as the regular season. Both good, tough, close games but 2 wins none the less for Lex!!

Shame on you TLH - Obviously you are not familiar with the heart we have at SA!

I'm sorry you two. Today, apparently, is "Upset Everyone Day". First, apologies for my mistake about Lex (one I'm very glad to hear about). Second, I am more familiar with the heart at SA than you would believe. I don't doubt SA, just enjoy the excitement of competition that my scsoccer friends are now enjoying down the road. As a 5 time varsity player along with the first Region Championship in boys history (against Mr. Heise, no doubt) I am the ultimate long distance, alumni, t-bred supporter. Watch this:
Go T-Breds!

I like the new name. Have you thought of "McCants+3" or "KennedySt+6" as possible monikers? Morph on, my electric city friend, morph on...

I mentioned on the Taco Cup thread after the tournament that ti was a shame that SA did not get a shot at JI before being outpointed by them in the group.
Now it looks more like it's a shame that BC did not get a game with FM before they failed to advance on points.
Based on last night's result....we may have had a different Taco Champ!
