Just a few words of encouragement for the West Ashley Boys program.They are without a doubt the best winless team I have coached against.They have impressive pre-season wins over Waccamaw,Porter-Gaud and Socastee-the same Socastee team I watched give James Island,Spring Valley, and Summerville all they wanted in tha Carolina Classic(I do not think any one would dispute the strength of the above mentioned teams)W.Ashley has had only one bad outing(6-1 loss to Summerville)Their other losses were one goal games to Hilton Head twice and a pair of 1-0 losses to us at Fort Dorchester. Not that I am not proud of what we have been able to accomplish so far, I am very proud but last night these guys gave us all we wanted.Coach Jackson,your team gave a determined effort for 80 mins.Underestimate this team and you will pay the price!
