Men's 4A
Lowerstate: Region 5 - Irmo/Dutch Fork

Women's 4A
Lowerstate: Region 7 - West Ashley/James Island

Men's 3A
Lowerstate: Region 7 - Myrtle Beach/Socastee

Women's 3A
Lowerstate: Region 5 - Brookland Cayce/Dreher


Also, 3A MB/NMB/Socastee men's all made it to the Quarterfinals.. BC/Chapin/Dreher/Airport women's all made it to the Quarterfinals.. 4A WA/Wa/JI women's all made it the Quarterfinals..

Seems like these areas are doing a great job overall.. let's see if any of them bring home a championship...

I must say Dreher has really improved over this season. My team scrimmaged Dreher during the pre-season and they were fumbling to get attack together, but it seems they have really shaped up. Good Luck with the rest of your run at the "Ship" ladies!

While we are giving out kudos to various geograpical areas, let's not forget York County, home to the #1 ranked 4A girls and 4A boys teams in the state.

Fort Mill boys, ranked #6 in 4A are no slouch either, with their four losses being:

@Dutch Fork 0-1
@ Northwestern 0-0 (PK's)
Northwestern 0-1 (OT)
@ Dorman 2-3 (4OT's)

Northwestern Boys and Fort Mill Girls have represented the area very well this season.
