Blythewood 2 Camden 1

First win for the program. Came from behind with 2 goals in second half. Well deserved after a rough “pre-season” against opponents that were all ranked.

The Blythewood girls played well- especially in the 2nd half- lots of effort and passion. Still a bit of work to do yet but we're getting there……

Wando played a fantastic soccer match. They have size, speed, skills, and their teamwork was beautiful. They keep there spacing brilliantly. HH looked like they were playing a man down all night, and HH has a very good team. Look out for Wando in the play-offs.

I thought the same thing when Lexington scrimmaged Wando earlier. They seem to be the team to beat from Region VII for sure and probably the lower state.

Wando looked like they were "uninterested" at the Viking Cup. Good to see them now turning it on.
