Fort Mill struggles to knock in three, Mauldin only knocks in one.

Lexington puts up to two touchdowns and a couple of conversions (LF, deahler, Lex....did you really have to go for "2" after that second touchdown?!?!)

Hurst66: From what I saw and remember, the coach put in subs after 10-20 minutes, put in subs for subs after 30 minutes, instituted a crossing only rule after 40 minutes, and possession only after 50-60 minutes.

Chico,

You guys are awsome! Dorman, FM and Mauldin are scared to death. Couple that offensive outburst with another shutout and........

guess what?......you're the team to beat. A well-oiled machine obviously peaking at the right time of year.

I doubt the incredible, mature, accomplished, successful teams of Mauldin, Fort Mill, or Dorman lose any sleep over Lexington. On the other hand, Lexington's draw through the upstate is straight from hell.

Or to put this in the phrasing you so much admire [Smile] : Lexington continues to be young.

I only posted the above because I wanted to make it clear that the coach took multiple steps to reign in the scoring. Gaffney played with a lot of heart (their #9 in particular really worked hard throughout the game).

#9 for Gaffney is a great player, stands out like a sore thumb.
