W&E: Was it a strategy of the coaches of the region to select the same number of players from the 10-0 team [in region play] and the 4-6 team, or was it a special case because of specific players?

I guess what I'm asking is did you guys go into the meeting with guidelines for distribution based on region placement and/or region won/loss records?

I'm interested because of all of the heck that was raised by some folks last year about region 4; I was wondering if that led to any type of up-front guidelines in the process.

Should be "interesting" when the list gets published for Region 4 AAAA. I would expect there will be some disagreement in those selections as well.

I won't get into the finer details of region selection. I do know that if things are carried out in 2007 like they were in 2006, there will be many more Lady Jackets on the team. Very few girls from other region teams would make much of a splash among our starting XI...but that's not the point I guess. We want to make everyone happy and I can understand that having been on the bottom looking up.
