Well I was going to mention some people in my last post but I didn't cause I don't know names. But i'll try my best. MB's #10 (i think) made a pretty positive impression on me...it wasn't anything spectacular but the kid took the ball all the way from the defending third to the corner of our defending third under 15seconds. That probably isn't accurate and it didn't result in a goal but it did impress me. Also the defender from NMB that looks like a cossack. The buff white guy with a shaved head. He is pretty good. Georgetown...I couldn't really say..the game we played with them was messy, it was in the middle of a mansoon so none of us were up to our top game. Thats pretty much all I have to say. I will say that the "Grand Strand" probably contains a third of the states top talent...the other two thirds would be between Greenville and Columbia. The GS definatley has the cream of the crop though.

#10 for MB is Anthony Mckinzie (A.K.A Tony, Black Diamond, Tha Cloud, Tha "Dred") lol,,,, I remember watching that game, LE V. MB, He wasnt playing his position, so thats pretty good to make an impression on someone and not play your "real" position. I agree with the Toast of the coast roster thingy, stated up top, including a little more players.

MYRTLE BEACH 3 - Socastee 0, Anthony Mckinzie had 2 goals (Volley off of Landon's cross, and a PK)and also 1 assist to RP Benik (header from freekick). Landon Brice had an assist. Myrtle Beach Dominated the whole game pretty much. SHS had a few chances none ,really, too serious. Great game SHS, good luck in the season.

I think coach Cerone from Conway is well deserved of some recognition! He came in with very few players (Only one ever played for OSSOC), and look at the job he has done with his two seniors playing hurt most of the year. He has had to deal with what has been done in the past with his predecessor of 16 or 17 years. He disciplines all his players, despite the outcome of the game. He will be a force to recon with if Chuck Jordan will support him 1/4 as much as he supports the football team. He has changed the attitude and goal differential of the team. If the season would start over right now, he would have the stats! In my opinion, he should be considered for toast of coast coach of the year!!!! He has three games left!
