Who do u guys think will be the best JV keeper this year? In my opinion it will be Chapin keeper. He's kind of small but he's really good. Last year in the chapin v irmo game he kept chapin in the game making a couple of impossible saves. but they lost in pk's becuase he couldn't play in PK's cuz he was hurt.
I heard that the kid is a back up for someone else. The other guy was played sweeper in their big games (irmo, df,bc). I did see that game last year and he did make some nice saves but he wasnt hurt in pks, they put the first string guy in.
no, i know the first string keeper and he is alright. the smaller kid can dive better and is quicker. i remember watching the sweeper and he was pretty good at sweeper but i think he was better at keeper.
and i also heard that those same two played on the same club team and even though he didnt get to play as much when he did play he got the only shutout of the season in the CASL tournament. i believe there was other reasons why the other keeper played more.
dude chelsea the starting keeper for Chapin Varsity is awesome you should never think someone is better them him. Everyone i talk to thinks he is the best keeper in our age group in the entire state. He's also one of the best in our region.
Really, everyone I have talked to said he is too slow to be a keeper. He may be good at punting the ball but that's it. And don't think I don't know who you are chssoker cuz i do.
i know that you have known him for a long time, but ur going to have to face it: he's not as good as the other kid. the only thing that is better is punting and size. if the other kid had size i guarentee u he would start on varsity. oh and by the way you just made ur self sound like the biggest idiot in saying that he is the best in the region!!!! the only keeper(s) that are close to that in SC is Gustafson (aiken) and Austin Moody (Irmo) I hope you realize the truth!!!
YOU MADE YOURSELF LOOK STUPID BECUASE I SAID HE WAS ONE OF THE BEST KEEPERS IN OUR AGE GROUP NOT OUT OF ALL THE AGE GROUPS. NE WAYS HE IS GOOD AND I AM SURE YOU ARE TO BUT JUST DONT LAY STUFF LIKE THAT DOWN ON KIDS MAN.
