I think that 40 minute halves would be great. When ever we play Daniel or another good JV team 30 minutes is just to short to figure out a winner.

JV games should definately be extended to 35 if not 40 mins. JV games are really too short, and most JV players i talk to want to play longer games.

I think JV matches should be extended to 40's Varsity matches to 45's and games should end in a tie...unless theyre region games in which case a winner should be determined(due to play-off ramifications etc...) JV games should just end in a tie regardless....

Ditto on elcid. The only exception that I would consider is some type of "mercy rule" that shortens a match in case of an extreme lead.
