I would just like to say that the Airport JV boys beat White Knoll last night in a windy game that dominated each half. It went into pk's with Airport coming out on top. Well played White Knoll. And way to go Radio!
I have to agree that it looks like Summerville's JV squads are loaded this season.Boys side is a reflection of a group of young men that for the most part had been playing soccer together since they were nine years old....thank goodness for club soccer
back to saying summerville is very strong, ive heard that there defense is solid, and i know there keeper ronnie murray is amazing, but i heard that they have nothing up top, any truth to this?

I would not say nothing...they have only played one game and it was a lop-sided win over W.Ashley.They scored seven goals from seven different players. The two that started up top were Josh, who is a forward and very skilled.Zach is a true center mid who is playing up top for the first time. What I saw was Josh attacking and Zach laying balls back often to his mids and they finished the goals. Both boys scored that game but they have not been really tested yet. They play James Island tonight.I think the JV squad's strongest asset is most of them have been playing club soccer together for five or six years.I think the stats at the end of the season will show a well balanced team....Amazing?
yes, amazing....ive played with ronnie this past season an he was by far the best keeper in the state for our league. If its Josh Lake i know who your talking about, hes alright....ive played against Zach Pace also, hes a good midfielder but i couldnt c him being affective up top
