I believe it's the official seeding. Got it from our team manager (U11 CSC United) in a document in the same format as scysa.com only teams were filled in.

It was a blind draw format.

It is a blind draw; seed #'s are just so you can match up to game time/field on schedule.

U-11 boys is the most competetive division I've ever seen at states; all 5 teams are pretty evenly matched. If you take their statewide records(all 5 teams competed in Pelham Masonic Soccer League), and throw out all games except their head-to-head games:
St Giles: 3-2-1
GFC: 4-3-0
Summerville: 3-3-1
CSC: 2-2-1
Aiken: 1-3-3
Of the 16 games, 15 were decided by two goals or less, with 1 game a three goal margin. With the 4-game round robin format and the parity of the teams it should be interesting. Good luck and congratulations to all teams in this division.
