Others who have trained individuals or small groups in the last few years of whom I'm aware are Heather Frederick (Coach, CSC/CFC) and Keith Shrum (DOC/Coach, LCGSC) -- but I'm not sure if they're doing training any more on an individual/small group basis or outside of their respective clubs.
