WILL THERE BE A U11 AND U12 CHALLENGE OR CLASSIC LEAGUE THIS FALL?

I was told by Steve Cothran that PMSL would not have U-11 or U-12 this fall, but that there would be 'regional' leagues, run by district commissioners. I'm not sure what that really means, but there will likely be 8v8 leagues in those age groups.
