I am sorry that you have been disappointed in the HH tournament in the past, but I do not know how the actions of a visiting team could be held against the tournament.
Also, the tournament was sanctioned through US Club Soccer and all participants and coaches were covered by an insurance policy that was better than that offered by SCYSA (only $250 deductable on the medical).
