Let's see, I'll go with G'town- NMB-MB-BC-Flora-LE-Timberland? whoever they are. Then we'll see what the 2nd rd looks like. [Smile]

i personally hate AAA's bracket for the simple fact that you can go 6-10 and have 6 region wins and still get #1 seed in the bracket(it is cheap and takes away from the deserving and better teams). but as far as the first round goes:

G'town
LE
NMB
BC
MB
Dreher
Carlina Forest
AC Flora

These teams will move on to the second round but look for some kind of upset in the second round and look for G'town to get knocked off b/c the only reason they have #1 seed is b/c of the region they have(my Grandmother could beat the teams in their region).

For your info: there is no Region VII #4 b/c there are only 3 teams in the region so someone will get an "at large bid."

My prediction for the Lower State Championship Game: MB vs. BC
Both teams have been on a tear and are going to be hard to beat by anyone. Good luck to both.

If those stats that Pndltnsccr and Asknig are accurate what are peoples' opinions on the 2nd round? I know this is jumping ahead but I am curious to hear peoples' results.

That would put you up against GTown in 2nd round. You've been there! You got good results! Granted, you were playin in a monsoon. But how do you really feel about Newberry?

I am ready and if we keep playing as we have been the last two games (Camden Military Academy and Camden) then I think we can do pretty good.

Newberry has been a kinda of up and down team..I guess...cause they lost to White Knoll but also beat Aiport. So its hard to say how we will do against them. Because we have beaten White Knoll 6-2 and 5-3 and lost to Airport 2-1...and Newberry beat White Knoll recently 3-0..I believe we can pull this off...and really surprise some people this year. I feel that if we make it past Newberry we will have the confidence of already beating G'town to make it to the third round. But you never know because anything can happen. Who knows...Camden could even upset NMB........well maybe not..but anyways..I think it wouldn't be to unbelievable to think of a rematch between NMB and L-E or a match between L-E and Brookland-Cayce. I can't wait for the playoffs.

I wouldn't count Dreher out of the Lower State Playoff, They tied nmb in preseason and barely lost to BC when they have all their players and are ready to go i think they can really upset this tourny.
