Is the Fire back to make a run at Regionals U19?

I heard they were getting back together. They are playing an 89' team...i wouldn't think that would help them prepare too much. And i think they will need to make a run "to" before "at" regionals if CESA gets a team together.

Just for clarification.... In Ga the birthyear used in teams descriptions is the back end of the age group, therefore the "89s" were really U18

yes but Eric did not play at all and will not be playing in state cup this weekend

who cares if they lost! anybody who knows anything about soccer, knows that they are all coming from a year of different styles and formations. The fire has everybody and will make a run at regionals. They have a best of 3 match up with CESA this weekend on Saturday in Columbia. Good Luck Fire!

I really like the old Aiken Fire team -- great coach, great kids, great work ethic. And I really like the CESA club. I would think that it's going to be some really interesting soccer tomorrow.

Congratulations and thanks to the clubs and coaches who got involved and spent the time and energy getting these teams formed and ready.
